Josh Steinfeld

Principal Product Strategist at Carta


Josh Steinfeld leads product strategy for Carta Total Compensation. He joined Carta having spent over 20 years as a compensation professional. Josh started his career as a consultant for Willis Towers Watson focusing on executive compensation, working directly with Compensation Committees and CEOs on executive compensation benchmarking, design, and various corporate governance issues. Prior to joining Carta, Josh was on the Compensation team at Google, leading compensation for YouTube, Area 120 (Google's corporate incubator), and Google's corporate functions.

Rob Zingale

Head of Executive Compensation & Strategy at Atlassian


Rob Zingale is the Head of Executive Compensation & Strategy at Atlassian where he oversees global compensation architecture, research, and strategy as well as executive compensation. Prior to Atlassian, Rob held a variety of compensation roles while at Google/Alphabet for over ten years and has also spent time in compensation consulting at Willis Towers Watson. Rob holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.

Angela Dawson is currently the Senior Director of Total Rewards at ServiceTitan, responsible for global mobility, immigration, compensation, benefits, leaves and disability programs. Angela has over 13 years of experience in Total Rewards building and executing total reward strategies and frameworks at the global level, focused mainly in the high tech space.
