Josh started his career as a consultant for Willis Towers Watson focusing on executive compensation, working directly with Compensation Committees and CEOs on executive compensation benchmarking, design, and various corporate governance issues. Prior to joining Carta, Josh was on the Compensation team at Google, leading compensation for YouTube, Area 120 (Google’s corporate incubator), and Google’s corporate functions.
